Presentation Recoustic S.L.
On July 21, the company Recoustic S.L . acquired the assets and incorporated the human team of the company Rebfoam, which was in the process of dissolution after having taken advantage of a bankruptcy procedure.
This operation does not constitute a complete business succession, but only this acquisition of assets and human resources, without assuming the obligations or liabilities of the previous company.
Recoustic S.L. is a recently created company, as a new subsidiary of the Tecno Spuma group, which comes to the market with the aim of reaffirming, promoting and consolidating the activity and management that Rebfoam carried out until now. It fully resumes the activity of manufacturing and transforming the recycling of polyurethane foams, melamine resins and other foamed materials.
The industrial group Tecno Spuma strategically integrates this new activity in order to expand its value-added propositions, move forward with the objectives of the circular economy and offer greater competitiveness of the global proposal to the market.
We are in an unconsolidated phase of transfer of management and marking a long roadmap to follow for the coming days, weeks, months or perhaps years. Our objectives are very specific:
- Convergence with the industrial, commercial and of course financial management of the entire holding.
- Alignment with our mission, vision and values that we are deeply rooted in and that can be found on our website.
